MEET CARINA

Carina from Serve Again Foundation

Opportunity in tennis should never depend on access to equipment.

Hi, I'm Carina Kothari, a competitive tennis player. I started Serve Again Foundation because I saw a gap that did not make sense. I experienced how much tennis can shape confidence, discipline, and resilience. At the same time, I saw usable equipment sitting unused while motivated athletes did not have the resources to participate.

Serve Again Foundation was built to change that.

We are not just redistributing racquets. We are creating a pathway. Through curated clinics, athletes are introduced to proper training, conditioning, injury prevention, and competitive play. Beyond that, we connect them to local opportunities so they can continue developing long after the clinic ends.

Our mission is to build a sustainable cycle of access, development, and leadership, where one racquet can create lasting impact.

🎾 Game. Set. Give.

Serve Again Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to the game of tennis, one racquet at a time. We collect gently used racquets and redistribute them to individuals and communities who face economic barriers, empowering people of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels to step onto the court with confidence.

Our work goes beyond the game. By giving racquets a second life, we're reducing environmental waste and promoting sustainability. And by opening the door to tennis, we're helping people build healthier bodies, stronger minds, and deeper community connections.

💡 Our Mission

To promote equity, wellness, and sustainability by providing gently used tennis racquets to individuals of all ages—fostering physical and mental health, social inclusion, and lifelong opportunity through the power of sport.

🌱 What We Believe

  • Access for All: Everyone deserves the chance to play, regardless of age, income, or background.
  • Second Chances: Racquets shouldn't end up in landfills—and people shouldn't be left off the court.
  • Whole Health: Tennis builds more than fitness—it improves confidence, focus, and mental resilience.
  • Sustainable Giving: We promote circular giving by repurposing racquets to reduce waste and maximize impact.

🏆 Impact Goals

  • Distribute 100 racquets in our first year.
  • Partner with schools, clinics, and community centers to reach those most in need.
  • Build a national donation network and collection infrastructure.
  • Foster lifelong engagement with tennis, wellness, and play.

DONATE

Turn unused equipment into opportunity.

At Serve Again Foundation, every donation directly supports both access and development. We pair refurbished racquets with structured programming designed to help young athletes grow in the sport and beyond it. Your support does more than provide equipment. It builds confidence, discipline, and leadership.

🎁 What Your Donation Supports

A racquet is just the beginning.

Your donation helps fund:

  • Collection and refurbishment of gently used racquets.
  • Curated clinics focused on training, conditioning, and injury prevention.
  • Instruction in competitive fundamentals and match play.
  • Continued engagement through structured follow up at three and six months.
  • Connections to local tennis programs and playing opportunities.

We do not believe in one time impact.

We build long term pathways for growth.
